We stand behind the Harvest Carrier completely. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return and receive a full refund. No questions, no hassle.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, simply contact us at contact@harvestcarrier.com within 60 days of receiving your order. Our team will respond promptly with clear instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
• Returned within 60 days of the delivery date.
• In good condition — not damaged, misused, altered, or excessively worn beyond normal use.
• In its original packaging where possible.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email).
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at contact@harvestcarrier.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no additional cost to you — including covering return shipping in these cases.
Return Shipping
Unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Partial Refund Option
If you do not wish to return the item at your own expense, we may — at our sole discretion — offer a partial refund as an alternative. In this case, you keep the item. Partial refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
• Perishable goods.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once your return is accepted and your refund processed, place a new order separately. This ensures the quickest turnaround for you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
